This is our specialty!  Often family members are left to sort out and deal with several decades worth of possessions.  This overwhelming task will be handled with care as we help the elderly and/or their families organize and downsize their lives by packing, cleaning and prepping their homes for sale.

Take Two

Move in Service - We help you to create an inviting (and functional) feeling in your new home.   We can do as much or as little as you like - one or two rooms or the entire house!  We conduct a walk through of your current home and an assessment of your furniture and accessories.  We then visit your newly purchased home and go through each room taking pictures and measurements.  The consultation will be followed up by a written report that will provide a recommended plan on a room by room basis.  The report will include fee and time estimates for services to be completed.  Shopping assistance is also provided for any additional pieces suggested to add to the warm and inviting feeling.

On the day of the Move-In Service, we will set up your furniture, artwork and accessories in a fresh and creative way in the room(s) you have chosen.  Client is then asked to come in and view their new room (or house if full service is requested).  Payment will be due at this time.

Move-In Consultation 

* Walk through of your current home
* Tour and assessment of your new home (may be performed on a separate day)
* Determining which items are important to you into your new home
* Taking before pictures
* Full written report detailing tasks to be performed on the scheduled move in date.

Move-In Service

* Unpacking boxes
* May even include instructing movers where to place furniture on moving day
* Room arrangement - placement of furniture, artwork and accessories
* Straighten, clean up and vacuum areas worked in
* Take after pictures
