Design & Staging Services

Property Consultation:  A stager will walk through property to determine staging needs - taking pictures and notes.  Stager then returns with typed reported detailing room by room staging instructions  - at this point client either chooses to complete suggestions themselves or have stager complete project.

Partial staging:  Staging of priority rooms only. 

Whole house staging:Varies per project - all fees will be detailed in the staging report.

Inventory Rental:  Varies per item - all items/prices are detailed in the staging report.

Open house prep:  Prices vary with project  - (music, flowers, snacks and clean up afterwards).

Organization & DeCluttering:  Prices vary with project - usually work with homeowner to develop and implement organization solutions.

Move In Service:  Create an inviting (and functional) feeling in your new home.   We can do as much or as little as you like - one or two rooms or the whole house!  We conduct a walk through of your current home and an assessment of your furniture and accessories.  We then visit your newly purchased home and go through each room taking pictures and measurements.  The consultation will be followed up by a written report that will provide a recommended plan on a room by room basis.  The report will include fee and time estimates for services to be completed.  Shopping assistance is also provided for any additional pieces suggested to add to the warm and inviting feeling.

On the day of the Move-In Service, we will set up your furniture, artwork and accessories in a fresh and creative way in the room(s) you have chosen.  Client is then asked to come in and view their new room (or house if full service is requested).  Payment will be due at this time.
