The Stagecoach
Stager(s) will walk through property to determine staging needs - taking pictures and notes. Stager then returns with typed report detailing room by room recommendations, including a "Top 10 Priority List" to maximize the home's selling potential. The client then chooses to complete suggestions themselves or have stager complete project.

Full House Staging - We implement the recommendations itemized in the detailed report.

Detailed Staging Consultation - We walk through the home; take pictures (with permission); and notes to provide the homewoner with a Detailed Staging Report on how to maximize the home's selling potential. This report provides staging recommendations for organization, furniture placement, color schemes, de-cluttering, cleaning, lighting and exterior curb appeal. This option also provides a "Top 10 Priority List."
